Yes. We plan the rooms together, schedule the trades in the right order, and give you one written estimate and one point of contact for the whole job.
Do you install flooring on its own?
Flooring and trim are part of our renovation work rather than a standalone service. If new floors are part of a bigger project, we include them in your estimate.
Do you coordinate licensed trades for the whole job?
Yes. DHI brings together licensed plumbers, licensed electricians, qualified heating and ventilation specialists, and our renovation crew. We coordinate the work from the first layout to the final finishes, with one point of contact for your project.
Can I finance my renovation?
Financing is available through Financeit, subject to approval. Start with a project estimate, then ask us about payment options. The provider confirms your rate, terms, and eligibility before you decide.
What areas do you serve?
We focus on south Calgary: Mahogany, Auburn Bay, Cranston, Seton, Legacy, Walden, Chaparral, Lake Bonavista, Midnapore, Sundance, Oakridge, Woodbine, Evergreen, Bridlewood, Signal Hill, Aspen Woods, Haysboro and Acadia. Homes elsewhere in Calgary or in nearby towns are considered on request. Contact us to check availability for your address.
